MCLS24, promoted by Hitchings & Co., is co-organized in collaboration with San Pablo-CEU University. Additionally, it benefits from the support of the Judges and Competition Law R&D Project (Ref. PID2020-115314GB-I00) from the Ministry of Science and Innovation, as well as the Chair Jean Monnet sponsored by the European Commission.
The Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar (MCLS24) provides a unique platform for professionals, judges, competition authorities, academics, and other experts to engage in a comprehensive dialogue on the application of competition law in private litigation. Now in its fifth edition, MCLS24 convenes representatives from various sectors across Spain and the EU, including over thirty specialized judges, to assess the current state and practices of competition law. The seminar will examine national procedural developments within the EU framework and analyze significant current and forthcoming cases in this field.
MCLS24 offers a relaxed environment for open discussions and invites attendees to actively participate in debates. Attendance is by invitation only, with limited spaces available, and discussions will adhere to Chatham House rules. For more information, please visit the link provided.
