TRAINING AND TEACHING

The Centre for Competition Policy and Regulation combines its research and dissemination work with a third fundamental pillar in the academic world: teaching.

Competition Law subjects are taught both in undergraduate and postgraduate studies (that being either in Master's modules or Ph.D. programs).

The teaching efforts are focused on three priorities:

  • Reinforcement and support of the subjects related to Competition Law and Policy taught in the Faculties and Centres of the San Pablo CEU University;
  • Offer and development of doctoral courses on various aspects of Competition Law and Policy;
  • Organization of introductory and advanced courses in Competition Law and Policy.

Law Degree

  • It provides the essential legal training to exercise leadership functions in both the private sector (companies, law firms, etc.) and the public sector (administrations, international organizations, etc.).
  • Existence of a Program of Excellence.
  • On-campus teaching.
  • Spanish or bilingual program (International Bilingual Program).
  • Possibility of double degrees.

Law Degree + European & Global Legal Practice Degree

  • Jurists are trained with a deep knowledge of the institutions and law of the European Union and international law.
  • Existence of a Program of Excellence.
  • On-campus teaching.
  • Program in Spanish or bilingual (International Bilingual Program).
  • 4 years of duration.

Master’s Degree in International Business Law

  • Knowledge of the national and international legal aspects involved in transnational operations is acquired.
  • Executive modality.
  • On-campus teaching (Madrid) or online.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English program.
  • Possibility of double master's degree.

  • Specific training in subjects that allow the analysis of European integration from a multidisciplinary perspective: historical, political, economic, legal, and social.
  • Official master's degree that allows access to doctoral studies.
  • On-campus teaching (Madrid).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English program.
  • In collaboration with the Ortega y Gasset University Institute of the Complutense University of Madrid.
