The Royal Institute for European Studies and the Center for Competition Policy and Regulation (CPCR) are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the Fifth Edition of the Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar, which took place on May 6th and 7th at the San Pablo CEU University campus in Madrid.
Under the guidance of the MCLS Steering Committee and Paul Hitchings, Managing Partner of Hitchings & Co., this seminar has cemented its reputation as a leading platform for dialogue and idea exchange among judges and professionals in the domain of Competition Law.
With the participation of 140 attendees from 12 European countries, including judges, regulators, academics, experts, funders, lawyers, and specialists in Competition Law litigation, the event was an outstanding success.
The seminar, supported by the R&D Project Judges and Competition Law of the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain, along with the Jean Monnet Chair of the European Commission, received sponsorship from Compass Lexecon and welcomed attendees with a dinner hosted by Burford Capital.
