Between March 7th and 10th, 2024, the regional final of the 35th edition of the European Law Moot Court Competition is being held at the Royal Institute for European Studies in collaboration with CEU San Pablo University. The funding for this event has been provided by the Jean Monnet Chair "Single Market and Competition Law in the Digital and Ecological Transition".
The European Law Moot Court Competition (ELMC) Madrid Regional Final 2024 commenced on March 7, 2024, marking its return after a two-year hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Organized by the Royal Institute for European Studies and the CEU San Pablo University, this renowned event was supported financially by the University itself, the Jean Monnet Chair "Single Market and Competition Law in the Digital and Ecological Transition", and sponsored by the esteemed law firm Uría Menéndez.
Dr. Jerónimo Maillo, coordinator of the Center for Competition and Regulation Policies and director of the Department of Public Law at CEU San Pablo University, joined the distinguished panel of judges, which included professionals such as Mr. Kristoffer Sällfors, Ms. Angelica Ericsson, Ms. Eva Massa Arranz, Dr. Tim Corthaut, Mr. Daniel Sarmiento Ramírez-Escudero, Mr. Eric Gippini Fournier, Mr. Alfonso Rincón García Loygorri, Ms. Elske Raedts, and Ms. Ana Salinas de Frías.
